#HallOfShame | Institute for Health Technology Transformation, Summer 2015

The Institute for Health Technology Transformation (iHT²) is "the leading organization committed to bringing together private and public sector leaders fostering the growth and effective use of technology across the healthcare industry." Its three upcoming events feature an array of speakers, topics, and panels — and a startlingly dismal number of women onstage.

Here are the gender breakdowns for iHT²'s next three events: CHIME Cyber Security Forum Denver, Health IT Summit Denver, and CHIME Cyber Security Forum Seattle:

Institute for Health Technology Transformation says on its About Us page that "Through collaborative efforts the Institute provides programs that drive innovation, educate, and provide a critical understanding of how technology applications, solutions and devices can improve the quality, safety and efficiency of healthcare." This terrible gender ratio doesn't look like the work of collaborative innovators. Education and critical understanding benefit from a diverse array of speakers, not yet another all male or nearly all male lineup. Do better, Institute for Health Technology Transformation.
