"Westchester Women’s Agenda: Bring Stewart-Cousins into budget meetings":

A Westchester County women’s group is backing Senate Minority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins’ quest to be included in closed-door negotiations over the state’s budget.
The Westchester Women’s Agenda took to its Twitter account Wednesday to make the case for Stewart-Cousins, who became the first woman to lead a legislative conference in Albany when she took over in 2013. But since she’s the head of the Senate’s minority party, Stewart-Cousins, D-Yonkers, isn’t included in Albany’s “three men in a room” negotiating sessions to hash out a state spending plan.
