Action Alert | Will Shoptalk Move In the Right Direction?

We have to agree with Julie Janckila on this one: 50/50 would be better. The fact that the organizers of Shoptalk seem to be paying attention to the gender balance of their speaker lineup is a good sign, but only 30% women isn't great. We look forward to future conferences where the percentage is even better.
