The invite from Harvard Kennedy School Alumni to the Harvard Kennedy School’s Adaptive Leadership Conference truly left us shaking our heads. “This year’s conference will feature a fantastic array of presenters, including HKS leadership professors Ronald Heifetz, Dean Williams, Hugh O’Doherty, and Tim O’Brien.” But what it won’t include is women.
